We vaccum pack it to perserve flavor. Serves 12 (4oz servings) or makes 16 BBQ Sandwiches (3 oz servings). We ship Barbecue Monday - Wednesday and pack it in a cooler to make sure you receive a quality product. To make sure you have a chance to try it with an eastern NC sauce we include a package of Julia's Pantry Eastern Barbecue Sauce Mix (Just add a pint of apple cider vinegar to make a pint of sauce).
